Perhaps one of the brightest holidays in Mexico, which is celebrated on a grand scale every year officially on November 1 and 2, but celebrations take place during the week, depending on the region, for example, in Mexico City, a legendary parade of costumes is held, as well as various shows.

Such a variety of colors as in Mexico, especially on the day of the dead, you most likely will not see anywhere else. People from all over the world come to different parts of Mexico to see and feel the customs, traditions and deep meaning that this holiday carries. If you've ever watched the cartoon Coco, you can imagine how things are. Building home altars called ofrendas with the favorite food of people who have passed away, but will forever remain in our hearts, visiting graves decorated with all kinds of skeletons and skulls with traditional marigold (cempasúchil) flowers, eating traditional and delicious Mexican pastries- pan de muerto, has become a national symbol.
Tanta variedad de colores como en México, especialmente en el día de muertos, lo más probable es que no los veas en ningún otro lado. Personas de todo el mundo vienen a diferentes partes de México para ver y sentir las costumbres, tradiciones y el profundo significado que conlleva esta festividad. Si alguna vez has visto la caricatura Coco, puedes imaginar cómo son las cosas. Construyendo altares caseros llamados ofrendas, la comida favorita de las personas que ya fallecieron, pero que permanecerán para siempre en nuestros corazones, visitar tumbas decoradas con todo tipo de esqueletos y calaveras con flores de cempasúchil, comer tradicional y delicioso -pan de muerto, se ha convertido en un símbolo nacional.
And of course, the most memorable about these events are the photos that will remain the most beautiful souvenir. My favorite area for Day of the Dead Photoshoot is Coyoacán. The oldest area in Mexico City.

skulls and skeletons, flowers, colors and true authenticity in day of the dead photos
Old Mexican colorful houses, cobbled streets and authenticity give an incredible flavor to this area. During the celebration in the center of Coyoacan there are tents where you can do makeup and there is also a local market where you can buy clothes that are suitable for a style of the Day of the Dead.
Antiguas casas mexicanas coloridas, calles empedradas y autenticidad le dan un sabor increíble a esta zona. Durante la celebración en el centro de Coyoacán hay carpas donde te puedes maquillar y también hay un mercado local donde puedes comprar ropa adecuada para un estilo del Día de Muertos.
My couple chose pastel colors for our photo shoot and did an unusual make-up on half of the face that perfectly matched their look, we walked around two areas like Coyoacán and Chimalistac, it was so much fun and unforgettable experience!
